Maybe Later and Stacey Dee team up for cover of NOFX's "Shower Days"

The guys deliver a killer rendition of the NOFX classic with the help of Stacey Dee from Bad Cop/ Bad Cop on guest vocals.

While the real NOFX released their "Ribbed- Live in a Dive" album today, LA punks Maybe Later threw their hat in the ring with their own version. According to guitarist/singer/engineer John Doran,

“Ribbed was the first NOFX album I heard, and Shower Days was a standout song. I would watch the video on 'Ten Years of Fucking Up' over and over as a kid. When we were thinking about a song to cover, that's the one that got me excited.”

The band was thrilled to have Stacey Dee in the studio to lend her voice to the record. "When I imagine female vocals over punk music, Stacey's voice comes to mind as the ideal. We literally could not have found a better person to sing on this record, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with," Doran said.

This is the band's first release on Heavy Harbor Records. It was produced by John Doran and Nick Rhyne, engineered and mixed by John Doran at Heavy Harbor in San Pedro, Ca., and mastered by Scott Hallquist (Ten Foot Pole) at Ryan Greene's Validus Recording Studios in Hollywood, Ca.
